Excerpt From My Book (Still In Progress) – The Man in the Mirror

When I first began working with my Guide, Sam, I was given specific assignments that were intended to increase my spiritual awareness. On one particular day, I was having discourse with Sam during my meditation and it was determined that I would go to Pet Supermarket and buy two rabbits. (There is a back story to this but it’s not relevant here). So I got dressed and headed over to the pet store to buy my rabbits. I was at the rabbit pen waiting for the sales person to bring over supplies to bring my rabbits home in when a man came over and started a conversation with me. I was very excited about my rabbits and pointed out which ones I was adopting, one which was a lop rabbit, which I didn’t know. He proceeded to give me the history of lop rabbits and also gave me information about how to care for them. Then the sales man came back and the man meandered away. While I was at the register paying, the man came back. My attention was on paying but I could feel his gaze, so I looked up and without a word, he held out a magazine on how to care for rabbits. I thanked him and he nodded and left. I didn’t think anything about him until a week later. During this time period, I was also dabbling in paranormal photography of orbs outside and I would also capture orbs and other energies in my mirrors. So about a week later, as usual I took photos of my bureau mirror and upon uploading them onto my PC, I saw a clear image of a face in the mirror. It was the man I met at the Pet Supermarket when I adopted my rabbits. And Sam confirmed in my head that it was him. In time, I learned to integrate these types of occurrences, but before then, there was a lot of confusion, mini implosions, and loss of relationships as I ignorantly tried to share these unbelievable experiences. Today, I am at peace with my truth.
